Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Potato - 2 nos
- Suji(Rava) - 2 tbsp
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt - As required
- Water - As required
- Oil - For Frying
Preparation
- Boil potato with little salt and water. Peel the outer skin once the potato is boiled and cooled.
- Add all the dry ingredients in a vessel.
- Add the boiled and grated potato in the dry ingredients.
- Add required salt.
- Combine the ingredients.
- Add water in batches and knead a hard dough.
- Let the kneaded dough stay for 15 mins. Close it with a cloth.
- After 15 mins, make small balls out of the dough.
- Flatten the small balls.
- Fry the flatten chappathis in hot oil.
- Aloo poori is ready to serve.
