Ragi Nuts Pakoda
Ingredients:
- Ragi Flour - 1/2 cups
- Gram Flour - 1 /12 cups
- Cashews - 50 grams
- Badam - 50 grams
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Oil - For Frying
- Water - as required
- Salt - a required
Preparation
Cut the cashews and badam in to small pieces.
In a vessel add all the dry ingredients and the cut nuts. Combine them.
Add the water in batches and knead a hard dough.
Add oil in a kadai. Add the dough in small pieces in the hot oil.
Fry until it turns crisp. It may take around 5 mins for 1 batch.
Crispy Ragi nuts pakoda is ready.
