Ragi Nuts Pakoda








Ingredients:

  • Ragi Flour - 1/2 cups
  • Gram Flour - 1 /12 cups
  • Cashews - 50 grams
  • Badam - 50 grams
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - For Frying
  • Water - as required
  • Salt - a required

Preparation

  1. Cut the cashews and badam in to small pieces.

  2. In a vessel add all the dry ingredients and the cut nuts. Combine them.

  3. Add the water in batches and knead a hard dough.

  4. Add oil in a kadai. Add the dough in small pieces in the hot oil.

  5. Fry until it turns crisp. It may take around 5 mins for 1 batch.

  6. Crispy Ragi nuts pakoda is ready.
