Ingredients:

Milk Powder - 1/2 cup Wheat flour - 1/2 cup Baking Soda - 1 tsp Milk - 1 cup Jaggery - 1 cup Water - 2 cups Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp Ghee - 1 tsp



Preparation

Take Milk Powder, Wheat Flour, Baking Soda in bowl and combine.
Add milk powder gradually and knead dough.
Make small balls out of knead dough.
Add jaggery in water and boil until you get 1 string consistency.
Fry the jamun ball in hot oil and drop it in jaggery syrup.
Let the jamun stay in the syrup for 1 night.
Wheat jamun is ready to serve.
