Kambu Idly




Ingredients:

  • Kambu - 2 cups

  • Rava(Sooji) - ¼ cup

  • Green Chilly - 2(Chopped)

  • Onion - 2 (chopped)

  • Idly Batter - 1 cup

  • Curd - 1 cup

  • Water - As required for consistency

  • Salt as required

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients kambu, sooji, chilly, onion, curd, idly batter, salt in a bowl.

  2. Add water gradually in the mixture and combine the ingredients without lumps

  3. Pour the prepared batter in the idly maker and steam it.

  4. Kambu idly is ready.
