Kambu Idly
Ingredients:
Kambu - 2 cups
Rava(Sooji) - ¼ cup
Green Chilly - 2(Chopped)
Onion - 2 (chopped)
Idly Batter - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Water - As required for consistency
Salt as required
Preparation
Add all the ingredients kambu, sooji, chilly, onion, curd, idly batter, salt in a bowl.
Add water gradually in the mixture and combine the ingredients without lumps
Pour the prepared batter in the idly maker and steam it.
Kambu idly is ready.
