Ragi Pakoda
Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 2 cups
Rice Flour - 2 cups
Onion - 2 (chopped)
Green Chilly - 4 (chopped)
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Ginger/Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt - AS required
Water - As required
Hot oil - 2 tsp
Oil - for frying
Preparation
Add all the ingredients ragi flour, rice flour, chopped onion, chopper green chilly, turmeric, chilly powder, ginger/garlic paste, hot oil and required salt in a bowl.
Add water gradually and combine the ingredients until it reaches the desired consistency.
Take oil in a kadai. Once oil is hot drop the mixture scattered in oil until.
Once the bubbles subsides and the mixture turns crispy, filter out the pakoda from the oil.
Ragi pakoda is ready to serve.
