Crispy Fried Corns





Ingredients:

  • Sweet Corn - 2 cups

  • Corn Flour - 2 cups

  • Onion - 1 (chopped)

  • Chilly Powder - 1 tsp

  • Salt - AS required

  • Oil - To Fry

  • Water - As required

Preparation

  1. Take out the corns. Add water with required salt in a vessel and boil it.

  2. Filter it after 10 mins of boiling.

  3. Add corn flour in the boiled corns and combine until the corn flour get coated in the corns.

  4. Take oil in a kadai. Once it is hot fry the corns in oil.

  5. Once it is fried take out the corns and place it in a tissue paper to extract the extra oil.

  6. Add the chilly powder, salt, chat masala(optional) and onion. Combine them.

  7. Crispy fried corns ready to serve.
