 Ragi Rava Idly




Ingredients:

  • Ragi Flour - 2 cups

  • Rice Flour - 2 cups

  • Onion - 2 (chopped)

  • Green Chilly - 4 (chopped)

  • Rava - 1 cup

  • Curd - ½ cup

  • Salt - AS required

  • Water - As required

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients ragi flour, rice flour, chopped onion, chopped green chilly, rava, curd and required salt in a bowl.

  2. Add water gradually and combine the ingredients until it reaches the desired consistency. It will have flowing consistency as a normal idly batter.

  3. Heat water in the idly pot. Pour idly batter in the idly maker plates and place it in the idly pot. It will take around 15 mins for the idly to get boiled.

  4. Ragi rava idly  is ready to serve.
