Tomato Rice - Quick Lunch

  Tomato Rice







Ingredients:

1) Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp

2) Urad Dhal - 1 tbsp

3) Green Chilly - 2 to 3

4) Onion - 2

5) Tomato - 2

6) Garlic Cloves - 4 to 5

7) Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp

8) Chilly Posder - 1 tbsp

9) Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp

10) Oil - 2 tbsp

11) Salt - To Taste

12) Cooked Rice - 4 to 5 cups


Preparation


1) Add oil in a kadai. 2) Add mustard seeds, urad dhal, chilly, onion, tomato, chilly powder, coriander powder, ginger/garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt. 3) Once the gravy is ready add the cooked rice in the mixture and combine. 4) Tomato rice is ready to serve.
